SITE SET UP
We provide matte black tents and full-display assembly as well as help mapping out the optimal merchandise locations for sales and security. We’re here to make you look good.
POINT OF SALE
We provide registers for the event allowing precise tracking of all sales and product inventories. Each vendor will have their own register.
mobile vending
We offer 40-foot merchandise trailers for your event or tour with secure accounting office inside. Custom branding and wraps available upon artist request.
MOBILE ORDERING
With HAPPYBELLY, patrons now have the ability to order all merchandise from any mobile device simply using a QR code, skip the lines, and pick up purchased items at their own convenience.
EVENT relations
Coordinate and advance all product shipping, inventories, and returns. We handle all communication with on-site event teams and participating artists before, during, and after event.
CONcIERGE SERVICE
Using mobile ordering, patrons can have their purchased items delivered straight to their VIP or designated seating areas.
STAFFING
Countrywide network of experienced event managers and staff capable of handling a variation of events. One seller for every 800 patrons or more if per caps demand it.
ACCOUNTING
Full inventory and sales management with settlements finalized and paid out 10-14 days post event.
